A definitive cheiloplasty is done at the age of ۳-۵ month and palatal surgery is done at ۹-۱۲ months. Almost all of these patients need speech evaluation at ۲.۵ year, alveolar bone grafting at ۷-۹ years, orthodontic evaluation at ۶-۱۷ years and orthognatic surgery after skeletal maturity (۱۷ years).
