Facelift

In this technique, in the temple area, the incisions can be placed in the hair, at the anterior hair line or a hybrid of the two, with an incision in the hair plus a transverse extension at the base of the side-born. Anterior to the ear, the incision can be pre-tragal, or along the tragal edge.
After it the deep tissue surgery is performed and skin trimming should be guided by having no tension on the sutures.
